Pros
Some great colleagues with years of experience who are sadly undervalued. Vision for the company is great but there is no sign it will get there any time soon under current management.
Cons
Top heavy with sr management and barely any staff to support the infrastructure of the company. Extremely low morale of employees is ignored by most management and no attempts to improve culture or working conditions. CEO has created an extremely hierarchical company which is motivated by fear rather than inspiration.
