      learned nothing, getting yelled by choleric crazy boss every single day, for doing things you are not tought how to do them.

      Pros

      The CEO and his management team know clearly where they want to be and are very focused. The workforce is quite diverse and multi-cultural.

      Cons

      Similar to other companies owned by private equity firms, the mindset there is quite short-term. Also the company has a lot of heritage which some times clashes with the “new” culture.
