      Pros

      The company has a very good product and an outstanding team. The work environment is great and there is a sense of accomplishment that is good to see in such a young group of people.

      Cons

      the company is small and doesn't have a backup from an investor, so cash is an issues that sometimes hinder its potential

      Pros

      Very nice group of people. Flexible work hours. Always had the help needed if I ran into a problem or didn't understand something fully.

      Cons

      Communication sometimes since it was a Brazilian company. Some developers didn't have strong english speaking skills. Better at written communication though.

      Bom ambiente, receptivo, compreensivo, realmente aberto ao diálogo e conversas, mas sem perda de foco. Organizados, inteligentes, espertos, grandes profissionais.

      Poucos e ocasionais. Nada específico que valha pontuar.
