Pros
Ackerman has a huge presence in Metro Atlanta and has a long history to boot. Up until recently, Ackerman provided Monitoring, service and installation to residential and commercial clients. Ackerman has a 40 year plus partnership with Honeywell Security division. Ackerman also provides 80% of my appointments and i have to develop the other 20%. Very easy with Ackerman's reputation.
Cons
Ackerman was just acquired by ADT and first thing they did was fire a majority of the employees and change our compensation plan. When it was just Ackerman, my job was easy going and fun. Since the acquisition, ADT has made it much harder to close large number of sales each month. Looking for a new challenge.
