Pros
Hires very easily - if you have completely zero experience and are looking for something to put on your CV, this will be perfect. If you have never been in a law firm and would like to know how it works, this will be fine.
Cons
Very dodgy firm with unimaginably high turnover. Interns leaving after only a few days because of the poor treatment. Interns cover reception and do little else but watch trainees and paralegals do their work. It is hard to get your travel paid, so you will be essentially working for free. Bosses constantly shouting at other employees and putting pressure on them to deal with more and more cases regardless of the quality of work. As an intern, the training contract will be dangled over your head constantly.
