Steadily growing company with a positive work atmosphere. Quite a diverse mix of people, old and young, Dutch and expat, lots of female devs. Interesting projects, small and large. Good work-life balance, although excellence & going the extra mile is recognized and rewarded. The management is ambitious but level-headed and focused on making the company and its people grow as a whole, not just their bank accounts. If 'green flag' would be a company, this would be it, I think. Compensation is good and competitive, although the compensation growth flattens out a bit as a senior.

Since Acorel offers specialism on certain products in the SAP suite, it's possible to get a bit 'pigeonholed' as a specialist in a niche.
