9yThank you for your comments. There's no doubt that a lot has changed since we started the company only 8 years ago. Sustaining the great culture that fueled our success is a key priority of ours, despite the challenges of size where we collaboration across departments takes a much more concerted effort. It's true we have lost great leaders, most of whom have leveraged the "great for your resume" comment you mention and are now CEOs, department heads or team leads. Acquia is proud of these alumni and grateful to have been a part of their growth. I'm very excited about the new leaders we have brought on board, from Vangie, our head of PS to Graham, our head of APJ. Even more exciting is the number of internal promotions we have been able to make. In the past month alone, we have 39 individuals who have been promoted or received requested internal transfers. That's almost 5% of our team. We still highly value our team and are working hard to understand how we can continue to improve. From our quarterly employee surveys to our exec team roundtables which are small get togethers, we are seeking input on what we need to be doing better. I would welcome your personal feedback.
