Pros
Decent hours from 6am to 2:30pm which leaves time to run errands after work or make appointments
Cons
The issue is a curtain demographic is allowed to come in late and have extended lunches, while the rest of the employees put in an honest days work. These same people mill around most of the day talking and wasting time while the rest of us are trying to work. In doing so these people are pilfering from the company and inturn taking money from me in the terms of a possible raise. Since these individues have a poor work etheic what is the quality of their work, I would hazard to say a poor quality of work. I could go on, but I really don't see a future for me at this company and will be looking elsewhere for employment since I am tired of the double standard at this company.
