      Pros

      I have been at Acronotics for a year now and have greatly enjoyed my experience thus far. Being at a smaller firm has allowed me to step into roles that would have taken years to earn at the larger firm I came from. Great team and amazing experience.

      Cons

      The pay is competitive but not the highest.

      - good work-life balance - flexible shift timings - no micromanagement - provision of work from home as and when required - co-founders help you in career growth if they see potential
