      Pros

      Three breaks are available for production. Two office rest periods. They offer a prayer hall to their Muslim employees. 5 days work.

      Cons

      Management is toxic, no system. The manager lacked professionalism. Need to perform additional tasks that are completely unrelated to the job scope. The organization does not offer its employees numerous benefits.

      Only Big Office,Nice Lobby just to impress people.

      Cons

      Be careful the owner have toxic mindset,not trust in people he hired,always attack your personal and sarcasm.Totally sick culture.Everything is Micromanaged including your leave,material purchase,decision..Don't waste time here,koboi system and manager expected to deliver imaginary KPI inside his small brain..I don't believe this kind of company still exist
