Pros

The culture and people are incredibly friendly and inclusive in everything, but without being overbearing and forceful on anything. Everyone inherently (and actually) respects each other, with no one having that "holier than thou" or "I'm better than you" type attitude. When meeting some people, I sort of assumed their relevant experience/role/hierarchy based on their personality, only to find my entire thought process was completely biased from previous roles at other companies, and incredibly far off the mark. The work itself is refreshing and liberating. I have worked at other larger companies and always felt stifled, while here there is freedom to come up with and discuss ideas that aren't automatically shunned/discarded from director level and above. There is true collaboration and innovation here.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that, in some parts of the company, there is a lack of knowledge of the changes that have happened within the company. Some people are unaware of entirely new teams or functionality being handled by others, so there ends up being some duplicated efforts by the inappropriate people. This isn't inherently their fault though, as prior to said changes, that was exactly how it was done. It's just something that needs to be worked on, but should get better as the company "settles" internally a bit more. There's been a ton of change over the last few months as of this writing.

Pros

The team/community is the most caring, respectful, and fun I've ever seen.

Cons

Some dictated decisions are made poorly by higher ups that don't necessarily know better, and the lack of understanding from the lower level employees is a major miss.
