Pros
Market based pay. Nice canteen, growing company, 15% discount on stores. not much more.
Cons
Probably I have been unlucky with the team, but this is my experience: the team culture was pretty unpleasant. Everyone in the department is overloaded and stressed. Their agendas are always are full and it’s impossible to connect at common availability. The colleagues are playing nice but in reality they are ready to blackmail you creating a blaming / finger point culture. This is due hidden fears that everyone experience. Because they are ready to remove team members very quickly. With this, people f themselves feels obviously scared all the time and become or aggressive or protective. There is lack of organisation and the fact there are back to back calls leave poor space for real productivity. Your brain is so exhausted at the end of the day that you have no energy for anything else, making work-life balance an utopia. Aggressive way of communication between colleagues is the normality. Changes of direction are the normality, making things even more complicate. You need to adapt always to the others. Inclusion doesn’t exist, Be ready to feel excluded by design. There is unclear vague expectations metrics by design to be interpreted good or bad according to the “office politics” relationships.
