      Great industry. Front line staff are great to work with

      Cons

      Senior management needs to be more flexible. The office can be quite toxic. No work life balance. Admin staff bank over time but there are too many restrictions on use.

      Pros

      Clean, safe work conditions. Decent pay depending in the location you work in. They have some really great mangers and Team Leads

      Cons

      You need to be employed FT for 1 year before having paid sick time.
