Pros

Caring management (Robert Heaney) Very helpful corporate office (August, others)

Cons

No budget for new hires My office opened with a bang but without a sales rep. I spent nearly two years selling, dispatching, performing payroll, paying out, etc. I asked for a sales rep to help the office grow for 7 months and my request was ignored. I even sacrificed all future commissions to help with the hiring of a sales rep, as ALL our competitors have a manager and a sales rep but still nothing. Due to their inability to hire a sales rep, my 2022 paychecks were less than what I was making in 2015 despite inflation, doing the same exact job in the same city.

Pros

Great support and training. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I have learned a lot in my short time here. I enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

Pay and having to stay late at times. It would be a perfect job for me if it paid more and the hours didn't run so late sometimes- and the hours is only an issue because I have a family to get home to...otherwise I wouldn't mind it at all, as I enjoy the job. Higher pay would make it more worth it.
