Pros
-learned a lot in my position -had a bonus structure (when not taken away by higher ups) -there used to be an annual meeting for morale and to bring the team together which was fun, not sure if this still happens or not. upper mgt might have taken it away -there are some great employees (co-workers) -CAN be flexible with time off; but when you do take time off you might get punished for it.
Cons
-not good work life balance -not much room for growth/advancement -toxic HQ environment, there have been cases of arguments between workers and to my knowledge nothing was done at the HR level and people are scared to talk to others in the event someone is in a bad mood that day -job is full of politics, once you are on someone’s bad side you are on the outs and they try to make you leave -benefits wise as of 2023 it is almost 1500/month for a spouse and employee if you do not live in the state of FL and that benefits package is JUST medical insurance -no 401k
