      Pros

      Very flexible schedule Relaxed production environment (supervisors/ management are not whip crackers) Good benefits (excluding 401k)

      Cons

      A lot of inertia, resistant to new ideas (this is beginning to change) Difficult to advance/move laterally to a new position. Review process is very impersonal. Employee has almost no say in the yearly review process.

      The people were helpful and kind in helping me grow and reach new heights. The management team was phenomenal to me as well.

      Kinda lenient with things like chatting.

      Cons

      A whole laundry list of them. Mainly you will be stuck, absolutely no growth opportunities whatsoever. And any suggestions for change or how things can be run better, and constructive criticism get thrown out the window.
