Boys club atmosphere. Women's opinions do not matter. Manager's are rude, demeaning and full of themselves. Management allows established employees to abuse new people. I was told they had a large marketing budget when I interviewed but this was a lie - they have NO MONEY.
Manager knows nothing about websites, design or social media and is completely inept with poor English skills, yet gets preferential treatment due to stroking upper management's ego. Certain workers are negative, rude and miserable to work with.
Basically if you stand up for yourself when being talked to in a demeaning manner or try to point out anything new or how to make improvements you are gone.
