      Pros

      Great projects, top of the line clients, and amazing concepts and design. The leadership is very talented. They are the best in the industry for a reason. Michael is ridiculously good at coding.

      Cons

      Very demanding job. High stress. Most of the build tools are proprietary which causes a learning curve.
