Pros
I love that everyone here is someone I would call my friend. How awesome is it that everyone who works at this company is likable! As one of my teammates said, "If you have a problem getting along with the people at ActivityHero, the problem is you." :) Co-founders are awesome women who are highly respected by our team. They are intelligent, scrappy, and know how to get things done while creating an atmosphere of collaboration and happiness. You will also meet people who are very good at what they do from all walks of life. No "bro" mentality here like at several younger start ups. Development team is extremely intelligent, approachable and fun to work with. Account management team absolutely devoted to their jobs. Sales leadership is personable and honestly cares about its employees. One of the best working environments I've ever experienced. Everyone gets along and we quickly make new hires feel like they're part of the ActivityHero team. Laughter, conversations, and smiles are part of every day at work. Love it!
Cons
As with any start up, it takes time and effort to define the best product fit for customers. There are many changes, new ideas, and experiments flying around. If you want a clear game plan that stays the same from month-to-month this is not the place for you.
