Pros

I am a long-time employee of AcuStaf and recently noticed the negative review from a previous intern. I suspect this person worked at AcuStaf about 5 years ago which was the start of our intern program. I agree that it was sometimes a struggle to help an intern and still keep our own work rolling forward. We may have overextended ourselves. I appreciate the honesty in that review and hope that he/she has continued on to success. As for the current state of AcuStaf, we are successfully growing our dev-ops team in response to industry needs for our software. We've moved to several Agile approaches and are trying and assessing changes in many levels of the work. I find this very hopeful for continuing growth and improvement. The transparency of work done is helpful for me. I know when I can help my coworkers or they can help me. We are committing to quality and customer satisfaction as core in our beliefs. That has always been central to my work ethic. I think we have great management and hope that people don't limit their view based on a review of a manager who is no longer with the company. AcuStaf is like a family for me and that's the kind of place where I want to work.

Cons

We are a small company working closely together and I don't think that's ideal for every person.

Pros

I’ve experienced bad Management in the past, but AcuStaf is very different. It’s great to have people above you that genuinely care about you and want to see you succeed!

Cons

I haven’t experienced any in my time here!
