      Pros

      Work from home and autonomy about the only qualities that are redeeming. Non capped commission is good.

      Cons

      Commission only job and most of the big accounts are taken by employees that have been there for an extend period of time.

      Hello, We take pride in our new compensation structure that allows our BDA's to make as much money as possible. We do not cap commissions and they are residual as long as payment is being collected. We have a lot of employees who make 6 figures.       Pros

      • Work from home most of the time! Such a plus for self-motivated hard working employees. • Not micromanaged as long as you meet company goals. • Getting to company levels is super tough but once you do the pay is EXCELLENT. • Giving back to charitable organizations is super important to the owner - I like that. • Owner is a Christian. A plus for me in the work world.

      Cons

      • At times it feels as if SO much emphasis is on new business. New business is a vital part of growth; however, maintaining old reliable business should come first above all else. Sell new, but money is money - it shouldn’t matter how it’s generated. It all goes to the same place. 😊 Award Trips feel unreachable due to contest parameters.

      Good benefits, great coworkers and great company to work for.

      Cons

      Raises weren’t often or much, small company not as many benefits, not much room for growth.
