Such a plus for self-motivated hard working employees. • Not micromanaged as long as you meet company goals. • Getting to company levels is super tough but once you do the pay is EXCELLENT. • Giving back to charitable organizations is super important to the owner - I like that. • Owner is a Christian. • At times it feels as if SO much emphasis is on new business. New business is a vital part of growth; however, maintaining old reliable business should come first above all else. Sell new, but money is money - it shouldn’t matter how it’s generated. It all goes to the same place. 😊 Award Trips feel unreachable due to contest parameters.
