      Pros

      Small lab space, supportive colleagues, work is diverse with a lot of different lab tasks.

      Cons

      Part of university, so a hassle to share workspace with academic labs and postgrad students. Also, there is no R&D Lab anymore, so I'm sad to see it shut down for good.
