One of the greatest benefits of working at AdKarma is the upper management team. Senior managers are committed to the growth & success of all employees at the company. Each manager has an open door policy and is always willing to meet with team members to discuss individual goals/challenges. It is a rarity for a company's senior officers to genuinely value the opinions of its employees, however, this can be said of both AdKarma and its parent organization, RhythmOne. AdKarma's SVP sincerely cares about the career growth of all employees. During my first two weeks of training at AdKarma, the SVP personally checked in with me multiple times to discuss how the training process was going and provide encouragement. Additionally, RhythmOne's CEO is committed to open communication, frequently having "fireside chats" with the entire organization to ensure transparency. This type of support and communication has continued throughout my time with the company.
