Pros
AdPro is a remarkably creative place to work. The staff is able to brainstorm, discuss, and choose the best ideas -- and leadership is open to suggestions and changes from every staff member. The work is fascinating -- with different clients and different needs. And the account executives CARE about their clients. It's not just a job to manage the client, people at AdPro are invested in their clients' success, interested in helping meet challenges faced in this economy, and go above and beyond. AdPro's leadership has decades of experience at the top. Employees can learn so much about strategy and advertising from Camille Blakely, who's also one of the most empathetic bosses I've ever had. The senior leaders have been at AdPro for years, promoted due to their hard work and efforts. There is opportunity for promotion and growth for people interested in investing time in their careers. AdPro works together as a team across all departments and the teams accomplish really amazing things together for some truly impactful clients. I'm proud and honored to work here!
Cons
The PTO accrues slowly. Clients can be very last-minute with requests, so sometimes that requires changing priorities to get things done. Leadership works closely with the team to make sure people can maintain their work-life balance.
