Cons
No product<>commercial strategy, no unique value proposition. Every quarter there is a new product idea based on what's trending, but neglecting that they are already big sharks swimming those waters (hi, LLMs!). Constant changing of Product and Commercial leads. Not sure what's happening on the Engineering leads side, building prototypes that are just left on shelves, and not bringing a clear technologic reasoning or understanding of how to build on the existing product. 2 rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months, cutting 50%. Since the last round in April, there is a constant flow of people leaving the company, and those around are just waiting to leave ASAP. "Yes man/woman" personality will get you far with leadership, they value vibes and buzzwords, but I guess they are also just trying to hold the ship until they get some (more) money out of it.
