Pros
I love having the ability to work independently and present solutions to complex issues. I am part of a wonderful team of people from all types of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. I find great joy in providing solutions, problem-solving, and using my experience to drive this amazing company forward.
Cons
I could only say that one small negative would be not having an established headquarters or central office. However, since the pandemic, companies are transitioning to being more flexible regarding remote workers. We have been working remotely for longer than there has been a name for it! So that makes us pioneers!
