      At Adapt ABA: * We have a teamwork environment that is friendly and with excellent communication. * We have close contact with BCBAs *We have support from everyone on the team *Well paid for direct and indirect hours (including milage) *Center and home base services * Great opportunity to grow into the company

      Cons

      Right now, most clients are after school hours, so it is hard to build a caseload for full-time positions and part-time positions in the range of 25- 40 hours of direct hours.

      Pros

      This is the best place to work because the company not only cares about the clients but also cares about its workers. The work environment is supportive and uplifting. I have never been so happy to work at a company. If anyone is new to the field you will be trained properly and will feel comfortable asking your superior questions. I would suggest this company to anyone with a big heart and wants to work somewhere they are valued!
