Pros

NONE, Our local DME was bought out by Adapt and they completely ruined everything. Our longtime customers constantly complained.

Cons

We were promised we would still get a Christmas bonus, but we didn't. They told us we would be getting a raise, but we didn't. We were given extra responsibility (training our overseas replacements) and expected to do far more work without any benefit whatsoever. Nonstop meetings making reaching the new unreasonable expectations even more impossible.

Pros

Direct managers are there for you, but not too often as they are stretched thin.

Cons

Constantly overworked, underpaid, and understaffed. Currently under a nation wide hiring freeze with many people quitting/leaving, making others have to do the work of 2+ people daily. Severe lack of communication among many groups leading to constant errors needing fixed. All due to upper management making changes without informing people below them, who will be directly impacted. Nobody feels appreciated by company as a whole as we keep being dragged around and told what needs to be done/done better.
