      The Benefits are decent to an extent.

      Cons

      You HAVE to use your PTO if even if you're sick. There are no "sick days" The managers don't know anything. The pay is terrible. They change your job title without pay even though it's against policy. Unfriendly

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
