      On call money is good Very laid back position Lots of freedom if you do your tasks at hand

      Work life balance sucks if there's not enough techs. Either slammed, or really slow.

      Pros

      Interactions with the clients can be wholesome, and relaxed middle management. My manager is really chill. His manager's manager, not so much.

      Cons

      Complete inability to properly communicate anything to anyone including staff, clients, or medical professionals. Insurance is absolutely horrible. Training is horrible. Expectations of technicians are completely unreasonable. New company policies are counter productive and absolutely disruptive.
