      Pros

      Lots of good people work here. Pay is decent or above average for this type of work. Can work remote as needed. Low management involvement.

      Cons

      Absolute mismanagement from the top. Good ol boys club, hiring retreads to be VPs and CFOs. People put in position who shouldnt be. 2023 was the worst year for turnover and 25 people fired before Thanksgiving. CEO and CFO both fired by board of directors. Third CEO in three years. Company cannot pay their bills to vendors and are scavenging for money. Vendors being paid 120 days past due. Stay far away, this company will cease to exist in 18 months.

      Pros

      Good focus on training, Company Vehicle, Per Diem when staying overnight, Company credit card.

      Cons

      Unpredictable Schedule, Many major changes from upper management over short periods of time, poor communication from upper management.
