Pros

In India Adaptiva’s only positive is Full Remote working

Cons

In India Adaptiva’s style is overly authoritative, with no respect for employees’ input. Feedback is not welcomed, and there’s very little transparency in decision-making. The work culture promotes fear rather than collaboration. Also Whoever got the opportunity and thinking about joining adaptiva in india, “Its a Trap”. Its not a working place rather than its a college with a periodic semester exams and after exam you will get pass or fail results.

Cons

Development organization and goals can be loosely defined, providing ambiguous and shifting targets. - Lack of cross-discipline learning: At times makes the decision-making process more difficult as background knowledge can be missing - Small company: You will take responsibility for a broader scope of work and responsibilities or take ownership of work beyond your intended focus.

Pros

Adaptiva is a small company, so there's a lot of opportunity to be heard, make an impact, and gain experience that isn't available at bigger firms. The people are amazing across the company, and the overall vibes are great in the engineering department. Free, catered lunches every day is also pretty awesome.

Cons

The company started as three people in a garage, and sometimes you can still feel it. Shifting directions and priorities can make it difficult to understand your own goals and performance. Five-day RTO is also pretty rough.
