Pros
The work is not too difficult, its more busy work than actual cybersecurity work.
Cons
There are a few toxic individuals who spoil the working environment for others.... do not expect management to take action on this. The pay (salary) isn't competitive, in fact its actual below market average, which i find shocking for a private security company making insane profits. If your not in the boys club, you will not get recognition/promotions etc. There are a few key names in the company that seem to pop up ALL the time, the company love paying these individuals attention and what not.... but they forget about everyone else. Unfortunately most people leave the company after a few months... this is not ideal as it means that there's a flow of new people constantly needing hired and trained up
