Pros

nothing to say as really no benefits at all

Cons

Poor Management: Typical singapore family business, every week align new direction, confuses the internal team even more. Job roles are constantly being reshaped, and salespeople are asked to perform unreasonable tasks. Keep pressing for numbers and employees are expected to multitask. To save on labor costs, company keep hiring remote workers from Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia, as well as interns, which proves to be ineffective. No Benefits and Increments: During my time there, the sales targets were set at an unachievable level, hit $120,000 sales to get $120 bonus. Do you think we are beggars?? Company said they're not making money, so NO AWS, NO BONUS, NO INCREMENTS, even new year only give $18 angpao...??!! Lack of Recognition: Achievements were not acknowledged, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unappreciated. The attitude seemed to be, "I pay you a salary, so you’re expected to perform." How can you expect talent to continue contributing to your company under these circumstances? I highly recommend avoiding this kind of toxic workplace! :)

Pros

great colleagues who will go through these nonsense.

Cons

Leaving this review anonymously. Avoid this company if you're considering an internship. ADDON SYSTEMS treats interns like cheap full-timers, dumping real employee workloads and schedules on you with frequent overtime expected. I learned next to nothing of value beyond basic invoicing and POS work—a complete waste of my time and potential. It’s a classic family business setup where only family members get promoted, so don’t expect any real career growth or recognition. They’ll happily exploit your labor while reserving all the real opportunities for themselves. The only saving grace was the colleagues, who were great people working in a surprisingly terrible company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone apply here unless you want to be overworked, underpaid, and stuck doing dead-end tasks for management that clearly doesn’t care about anyone else except their family members.
