      Pros

      I’m very glad I stuck it through because I learned so much. I recently got a new job and I realized how much I’ve grown and learned overall. Can’t thank Eli and Nick for what they’ve done, very genuine guys! Love the people, leaders, and travel, and overall experience.

      Cons

      Not for everyone! I was in Sam’s representing services like AT&T. Overwhelming at first. It’s uncomfortable because it’s face to face in retail but looking back, I’ve learned real life skills doing it. Pay can be hit or miss but it is entry level. Plus it’s very easy to burnout because there is so much you can do to get ahead.

      Pros

      the people + the culture that has been cultivated is unlike any other. although, a diverse group of people, each individual is highly motivated, delusional in their goals + are passionate about helping other people. i have formed strong friendships + a large network of coworkers who will drop everything to help me achieve my goals.

      Cons

      i honestly love working at Addax. the opportunities are there, it’s just up to the individual to see + seize the opportunities presented by the business.
