Company has worked hard to shift culture.

Direction can be hit or miss

Additech is a company with a lot of ambition for growth. Its a company where the team wants high performance and people are incredibly open to new ideas. There have been management shifts that appear to be bringing the company forward in a highly positive direction and staging the business for solid growth into the future.

Much like many startups or in this case a restart, you have to be scrappy in your position and make the most out the resources that you have to work with. This is a good environment for someone ambitious, and hard working that wants to make a positive change in a company, but maybe not the best place for someone who is looking to coast by on a 9-5 to get a paycheck.
