They are highly unprofessional, they do not pay you on time nor do they communicate properly. Most of the time management does not know what is happening either because there is not communication and they would make you work yourself to the core and ask you to come into work even when you’re extremely sick. They allow your visa to expire and expect you to pay the overstay charges while you have already started with the company before the visa expiration date, they also try to take money from you in order to pay for a temporary visa and when you request for proof of payment for your visa and the visa they have applied for you, they do not respond to emails, nor do they let you know you have a visa, so you continue to stress about whether you have a visa and if charges are exceeding. They are always deducting from your salary and always have some background story behind why they do it but it never makes sense. They would let you work over time with any compensation when your contract does not state for you to work more than 10 hours. The company is also very strategic when it comes to letting their employees go, because they know they don’t want to pay you and even if you have worked hard for the company, they would let you go without hesitation because they can always replace you, any company generally does that but they don’t care about you as an employee and they’re very very disorganized. They also still have the same old rule that no longer applies, where they hold onto the employees passport, when you have to go for medical consultations you need to go to the head office to get your passport and as soon as you’re done, they request your passport back. They also do not provide you a copy of your employment contract. You can go to head office and request your copy but they would lie and say it is with you general manager in their office, when you know HR should have all your documentation. This is just my experience that I am sure previous employees can account for.
