Some supervisors and coordinators are known for speaking down to staff, belittling people, showing favoritism, and creating embarrassing situations in front of both coworkers and customers. I have personally witnessed this, and the behavior has continued for a long time. In addition, a coordinator sends passive-aggressive emails in response to simple or reasonable enquiries, which adds to an unwelcoming and stressful work environment. This creates a culture where disrespect is tolerated and people don’t feel supported or treated equally.
