      Pros

      Accessible opportunities for career growth and industry learnings. Leadership cares about their employees both in professional and personal ways.

      Cons

      Due to majority of employees being remote, it can be difficult connecting with colleagues. But this is through no fault of the company itself, just the consulting/contracting business in general.

      Thank you for the feedback. The ability to connect with colleagues is a challenge many companies are trying to overcome due to the increase in remote work. The good news is that Adept isn't the only company trying to solve this problem. We're constantly soliciting ideas from others and look forward to implementing new ideas this year!

      Pros

      I liked the opportunity to work with a big CPG as a Contractor, it allowed me to develop my skills as a packaging engineer as well as get to know a lot of different colleagues. The support from the Account manager is good and they want you to succeed not just for them but for yourself as well.

      Cons

      The contract renewals aren't discussed extensively and sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Great minority owned and lead company with excellent benefits. Wide range of opportunities and company caters jobs to your experience and strengths

      Cons

      Really not much in terms of cons unless you don’t like working remotely
