      Pros

      Collaborative work environment. Remote work is the norm. Assignments and clients vary throughout your employment which keeps things fresh. Lots of autonomy with how work is done.

      Cons

      Work is done more with clients than with internal Adept team. Can be challenging to make true connections with internal team. Pay is somewhat less than working for brand owners directly.

      Pros

      I liked the opportunity to work with a big CPG as a Contractor, it allowed me to develop my skills as a packaging engineer as well as get to know a lot of different colleagues. The support from the Account manager is good and they want you to succeed not just for them but for yourself as well.

      Cons

      The contract renewals aren't discussed extensively and sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Pros

      Great minority owned and lead company with excellent benefits. Wide range of opportunities and company caters jobs to your experience and strengths

      Cons

      Really not much in terms of cons unless you don’t like working remotely
