      Adeptus Partners is a great company. Leadership is thoughtful, trusting, and caring. This lends to an excellent work environment and community among all staff.

      Cons

      There are no cons. There is an emphasis on work/life balance and the space to learn and grow. After many years of searching for a workplace that meets my expectations, I found one that exceeds them.

      Pros

      Good location and interesting work if you like accounting, are well organized and have a good attention to detail.

      Cons

      Serious sexism, double standards, nepotism and some Partners who are rude, lazy, inappropriate and obnoxious. A very "Boys Club" atmosphere.
