- Working culture may vary A LOT between different teams and business units. You could be happy with your team and then due any reorganization or project change, end up with another team that you don't fit into - There are reorganizations and structure changes very often, which brings a lack of stability and lack of security feeling - Sometimes, depending on the team, Political Correctness could feel a little bit oppressing if you tend to be spontaneous
