Pros
- they tried to force everyone back to offices several days a week but it seems they gave up for now - not the oldest Apple hardware (not the newest either)
Cons
- many issues which arose after merger with eBay Classifieds and are handled terribly and messy - no salary reviews and no increases throughout the whole company because "company earned more than last year but still not enough, and economy is unstable". Economy is unstable for your employees too, not only for the company! - poor management and too many managers - they pretend people's voices are heard but almost never do anything about the complaints - no recognition for teams or individuals - overall just a big corporation with a lot of bureaucracy and not a healthy culture As in any company, you can end up with good team and manager, then you are fine. But I don't see many happy (tech) teams around me. Worst company in my career (maybe I was lucky).
