      There aren’t many pros to list but: -Projects -Diverse workplace compared to other studios and the industry

      Cons

      -Everything else -Disorganized to the extreme -No one knows what they’re doing -Late late late working hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) -Senior leadership is a mess

      Pros

      Talented and dedicated coworkers. Range of projects that we worked on has provided me a unique range of experiences in typology and phases. David is consistently hands on with projects and with the office. I came to work at Adjaye Associates because of David. Very first team meeting I joined, he called everyone by their names and was supportive and encouraging about their work. He has a vision but also welcomes questions and discourse. The projects and the clients we get to meet is beyond inspiring.

      Cons

      Management is still a work in progress but appreciate the direction.
