David is consistently hands on with projects and with the office. I came to work at Adjaye Associates because of David. Very first team meeting I joined, he called everyone by their names and was supportive and encouraging about their work. He has a vision but also welcomes questions and discourse. The projects and the clients we get to meet is beyond inspiring.
