Pros
Adjaye hires very bright and talented architects from around the world. You will enjoy working with and spending time with your colleagues.
Cons
The lifestyle is terrible, the salaries are way too low, and the management is manipulative and mean-spirited. The principal architect is a great person and very inspiring, but he is not around very often and his management team are extremely unprofessional, underappreciating, and rude. They will make you want to quit after a year or two, but if you can stick around for that long, it will be a good training experience.
