Simple straightforward work, usually good coworker dynamics.

Low pay for the apparent importance of the job, usually forced overtime for months at a time, poor time management by higher-ups leading to getting behind, unwillingness to turn on the AC which leads to the internal temp rising to the 80's or higher.
