      Sales leadership behind the times at the top, micromanage at the bottom Toxic work environment Minimal channel engagement Almost exclusively a hunter role Few reps hitting numbers Poor benefits Doesn't reimburse for home business expenses A volume business that doesn't have the volume in to support the expected volume out
