      Only real benefit is company's pension. Manager was calm and understanding.

      Cons

      Lack of enthusiasm from employee's Staff was sharing political views loudly and was discriminating. Business owner could not care less about his employee's Low salary and less holiday days than other companies provide

      The company is growing fast and small enough to be truly dynamic in its outlook. Decisions can be made quickly giving the freedom to act as required to complete projects.

      Cons

      As a growing company, it has achieved much in its recent history. This can put a lot on pressure on staff to plug system gaps until they can be fully updated.
